Writers Who Journal - part 1

When you hear the word “journaling”, you probably think of someone writing in their diary about their daily activities. While this is certainly one type of journaling, there are many more types, too.

Today’s guest, Jen Evangelista of Grace in Color, talks about how she infuses art into her journaling. Jen also shares how journaling helps her with memory-keeping and with studying God’s word. I especially love Jen's journaling approach to dealing with hurts and dark moments in life.

Watch this incredible interview for a wealth of ideas to help you embrace your inner creative during your next journaling session. (Since my hubby wasn’t home, you may or may not get a peek at my youngest daughter towards the end!)
