Q: How many web pages do you edit at once?
A: Up to 6 at a time

Q: How many blog posts do you edit at once? 
A: Up to 6 at a time

Q: How many pages per workbook do you edit at once?
A: Up to 50 pages

Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: Each project has different turnaround times:
72 hours for 1-3 web pages and 1 week for 4-6 web pages
72 hours for 1-3 blog posts and 1 week for 4-6 blog posts
21 days for workbooks

Q: What do you look for when editing?
A: Grammar and punctuation, sentence structure, consistency, flow, and comprehensibility

Q: What is the investment?
A: Each project has a different investment:
$15 per web page
$10 per blog post (up to 2,000 words) or $55 for 6 blog posts
$2.00 per workbook page (up to 50 pages)

Q: Will I have to sign a contract before you begin editing my work?
A: Yes, all clients must read and sign the Editing Services Contract prior to working together. 

Q: Do you give refunds?
A: Refunds are not given for services rendered. 

Q: What does the editing process look like?
A: There are four steps I follow with my editing clients:

Step One: Potential client books a 15-20 minute discovery call. We’ll chat about your needs and concerns. We will determine if my skills are appropriate for your project. 

Step Two: Client signs and returns the contract using Hello Sign. Client remits investment. 

Step Three: Client submits the copy to the editor. The editor makes changes.

Step Four: The editor returns work within designated time frame and chats with the client via Skype, Zoom or phone for 15-20 minutes about changes made. Services are terminated.
